The box office at The Civic opens 90 minutes before the start of performances.
The Civic theatre has a total of 2,379 seats.
There is a car park near Aotea Square with 20 mobility parking spots available. The first 2 hours of mobility parking are free during standard hours, and after 6pm and on weekends, mobility parking is free.
Visitors can pay for parking at The Civic Carpark by entering their license plate number via the AT Park app or at a payment machine. Once payment is made, they can simply drive out.
Visitors can enjoy a pre-show drink at the theatre bar or visit Stark’s Café and Bar for show-themed cocktails, coffee, tea, and cold drinks. Cabinet food such as filled baguettes, croissants, and bagels are also available for matinee shows.
